The land is available in 2, 3 or 5 Rai parcels  The "rai" is the basic Thai unit of land measurement and there are 2.52 rai to 1 acre (so land sizes are approximately 4/5 of an acre to 2 acres). We are quite flexible should someone wish to purchase a larger parcel (or indeed the whole piece of land). The cost of the land is 395,000 baht per rai. All our land is fully certified, title-deeded, land ("chanot thii din") which means "title deed land" in Thai and is the highest grade of officially certified land. To securely protect the ownership of your land we will set up a Thai company for you, fully in conformance with existing Thai law, which will give you sole executive control over your land.
